These Terms of Service govern your use of Hushing, provided by Logic Technologies. By using Hushing, you agree to these terms.
Using Hushing
Hushing allows you to lock, unlock, and share supported content using secrets you choose. You may use Hushing only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create, lock, unlock, or share using Hushing and for ensuring that your use of the app complies with applicable laws and the rights of others. You must not use Hushing to create, store, or distribute unlawful content or to infringe the rights of another person.
Secrets and Content Recovery
You are responsible for remembering and securely sharing the secrets you use with Hushing. Logic Technologies does not store your secrets and cannot retrieve, reset, or recover them. Content protected by a lost or forgotten secret may not be recoverable.
Sharing and Third-Party Services
Hushing may allow you to share locked content through third-party apps and services. Logic Technologies does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.
Security
Hushing is designed to help protect supported content, but no software or security method can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate secret, keeping it confidential, and deciding how and with whom you share locked content.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, add, or remove Hushing features from time to time. We may also suspend or discontinue all or part of Hushing. We do not guarantee that Hushing or any particular feature will always be available.
Disclaimer
Hushing is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Logic Technologies does not guarantee that Hushing will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use Hushing, including loss of content resulting from a lost secret, device failure, or actions of third-party services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Hushing evolves. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated. Your continued use of Hushing after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
